Healthstone if any dmg does get through and kill them off. By the time they have you dotted up again they will be half dead (or more) and they have yet to inflict any dmg at all to you. Then pop the Spellstone to remove everything. This will absorb all the shadow dmg they do while they get all their dots and debuffs on you. Start off by popping Shadow Ward then start to DPS them. The class it really pwns against is Shadow Priests, who rely on a lot of debuffs to make their relatively few DoTs have real power.
